Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a return request with your order number and email address.

  Receive Authorization

  Our support team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions within 24-48 hours.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, include the RMA form, and ship the parcel to the designated PGYTECH service center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
